-The nature of project and work on Map Database Development tend to be repeatitive and boring which can't he helped much since production based GIS Mapping naturally don't have much varieties. -Some supervisors are absolutely terrible even if managers are much sane. -All Saturdays should be off since weekday working time is already 9.5 hours -There should be some benefits for working overtime -Increments do happen but sometimes it's quite less and apparently people who spend more hours at office gets benefitted more even when they work much less than someone punctual. -People uselessly gossip and talk a lot which is distracting for work, managers naturally can't be present 24/7 at desks to prevent that....Read More

It is terrible organization that doesn't think about supporting and encouraging the employees. During lockdown they just asked to work and when restrictions were removed in lockdown they just expelled many employees who come here with a dream far away from home.

Dislikes

Here the employee are judged on basis of how many years have you given to the company. If you are a new employee then they will give you work equal to others but salary is so poor that you can barely handle your expenses if you are from other state.

I liked to work under some superior Persons which was really amazing to learn something new. Management was extremely good they were always appreciate our work and discipline. Company policies was also good

Only Night shift was a problem where I failed to manage for a long time.
