College are very supportive, no matter which department they're in.

Dislikes

Department culture was not good, i seriously regret my decision to join mmi. AVP HR Head is not a good person for people who wants to build there career specially girls.... He will threatened u, he misbehave with you, he will bring your personal stuffs to demotivate u and ofcourse he will not appraise u if u will not work accordingly to him(u know what I mean)....... LOL he considered himself as a godfather. This is so bad being an hr person, he plays with people career. Sad...Read More

Work-life balance is not the top priority for management. No work from home is available even if a person is not well, not even in special cases. Your growth will be team-dependent.
