Diwali gifts are good only.

If you love your family, don't join Mankind. They kicked out the employees just like a bug is thrown out of houses. Sycophancy is on peak here. They fired employees in every 1.5 years from different sites. Number of fired employees is in hundreds from each site. "Also they do alot of frauds in the procedures and Government agenciesare sleeping." HRs are very much rude and unprofessional in their Domestic units. They are like pigs. Confidentiality is just a myth for them. If you go to HR to tell about your manager's unethical behaviour they will tell your name to your manager. Noe you can guess what your manager will do to you. These type of confidentiality they maintain. No increament for a hard working employee here. Only Chaatukar get a huge appraisal and other benefits too. Don't Do not fall into Mankind's trap. Better you join a small Pharma company....Read More
