No consistency in culture and policy it varies person to person and management is spending much amount in advertising and show off of company instead of investing in employee welfare and it is working against the kindness. It’s real name should be opposite to mankind.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
