Initially policies were employee-friendly. For the past 1 yr, things have taken a turn for the worse.

Dislikes

No support or career progression for honest hardworking employees. If some project is profitable, the top management reaps the benefits. If there's loss, the employees at the lowest level bear the brunt. People are being asked to leave now, without any option of moving them to other depts etc.

The only strategy of National Head is to shout on employees. Pathetic work culture , Poor National Head , No Leadership and might be the only EdTech company which do not have any sales process. No Saturdays off even if it's clearly stated on the HR policy and company calendar. Abusive national head and no job security. Internal politics and corruption in fake sales through travel allowance.

Decent work life balance, good in-office facilities

Dislikes

Poor work flexibility. Lack of foreseen growth and inspiration in the organisation. Old age office methods of working and processes- especially when it comes to salary based on hierarchy. Calling a 'senior' member sir and not actually calling them by their name
