if for monthly less time we are getting deduction from salary then Extra hours that we put up should be converted to OT. Water issue is real, should resolve that as it is not practical to carry 3/4 litre of water daily from home

Sandeep Sir, Jaydeep Da, Avijit Da, Bharat Da, Beni Da, Mithun Da, Debayan Da, Shahir Da, Vivek Da they are very humble and you will love to work with them. Jaydeep Da is one of the finest person I have ever seen in my life. He is like a friend, philosopher, guide to me. Salary is always on the last day of the month & also industry standard salary is provided based on your skills. They are easily adaptable with new technologies. Every Organization have some pros & cons. In my case I don't like the 9.30 hours office timings & basic employee needs should be there. A proper water filter should be there as this is the basic need of every human being. There should be work life balance for better productivity.
