There is a lack of adherence to industry best practices, which results in inefficient and poorly maintained code. This not only affects the quality of the product but also makes the development process frustrating and demotivating for developers who strive for excellence. Lack of Professional Growth: The opportunities for professional growth and development are limited. Constructive feedback is rare, and there is little encouragement for learning and improving skills.
