Management Practices: The management at MCCIT is extremely unprofessional. Promotions and appreciation are not based on merit or hard work. Instead, they seem to favor employees who engage in flattery and ingratiation. This has created a toxic work environment where favoritism prevails over talent and dedication. Bias and Favoritism: There is a noticeable bias in the way the manager treats employees. It appears that female employees receive preferential treatment, regardless of their performance or contributions. This kind of discrimination creates an unfair and uncomfortable working environment for everyone else, undermining team cohesion and morale. Coding Standards: Bad coding standards at MCCIT . There is a lack of adherence to industry best practices, which results in inefficient and poorly maintained code. This not only affects the quality of the product but also makes the development process frustrating and demotivating for developers who strive for excellence. Lack of Professional Growth: The opportunities for professional growth and development are limited. Constructive feedback is rare, and there is little encouragement for learning and improving skills. This makes it difficult for employees to advance their careers and achieve their full potential.
