Read before joining. 1.HR lying on face that Saturday and Sunday is off. Absolutely false information while hiring. If you are not available on weekends as well as 24*7 be ready to face the consequence by Jaydeep Chanda , enough evidence can be circulated on social media about the grilling they are doing. To get ISO certificate they are showing 8hrs 30 mins of work but the office hours is more than 12hrs plus you need to available till midnight from home if required. 2. Lousy unprofessional client, management has no control or policies to safeguard employees even if they are willing to support. One of the old employees have become mentally ill by working here and Jaydeep Chanda team has tactfully made the same person resign, tagging and circulating rumours about the person which was not true. 3. Basic amenities such filtered drinking water is missing( they take water from the roadside hotels which comes in a tank , the same can be verified by standing at the gate in the morning) 4. Ladies toilet is a big issue as there is none in the floor. Management is unaware that women need to sit and then piss. So getting UTI is very much in risk if you don't clean on regular basis. 5. Jaydeep Chanda keeps visiting every boxes bullying people around, forcing people to go on picnics and office trips. Management is unaware of his tricks. 6. If you want good appraisal and want to stay in good books of management , buttering and visiting jaydeep chanda cabin on regular basis is must. Availability of 24*7 and on holidays is a part of their policies to give appraisal and they are very proud of such incompetence. 7.Working on holidays , puja and on leaves which you have taken for a family trip is must.
