I enjoyed my work in MakeMyTrip thoroughly. I handled Sales of International Holidays.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

No support and coordination from Reporting Manager and Branch head. There were full of politics played and no feedback has been taken from employee by HR after completion of probation period. Instead HR has taken feedback only from reporting manager and branch head. No relaxation in work load and no encouragement was given for disabled candidates and no extension of probation period. Targets and achievement percentage is very high here. Candidates with lesser experience are hired on probation period whereas candidates with higher experience are hired directly by the Branch heads without HR interference under payrolls of MakeMyTrip. This clearly shows the politics being played internally by branch heads....Read More
