Company culture, working profile, learning. Working for about 3 years and learn lot of things. Work ownership and respect for the work you have done. Work recognition. Solely responsible for your market growth. Good guidance from managers.

Dislikes

Appraisal and growth is not satisfied. If you work in any market and grow for them but instead of giving promotion or salary hike to you, they will prefer to hire someone from outside for a same position but on higher salary

Its a great company for a short stint. You can get your CTC upgraded and move on. My suggestion to aspiring candidates do not settle for lesser than 50% of current ctc.

Dislikes

No scope of growth in KAM role, people working in sr manager and above role gets opportunity to grow and move on. North supremacy, treats people from other region as inferior. Huge pay disparity

Huge pay disparity people with lower salary bracket cannot dream of getting higher package The LTeam is based out of Delhi so the culture is to demean ppl from other region Suggestion : aspiring candidates must negotiate their salary with a minimum hike of 50% its a standard in Delhi so other regions should follow suite

Its a great place with maximium employees being in their 30's. The work culture, the policies, employee engagement are fairly good. The top management is phenomenal.

Dislikes

Growth can be slow lack of mentoring & coaching lack of transparency especially with some senior leaders in certain department can be disheartening. After 22 years of being in business certain departments in the organization still tend to act like a start up rather then leaders in travel. Processes are slow to change/automate. TheHR over the years had grown slack, not even attempting to find out why employees are resigning or moving on, half hearted attempts at 360 degree feed back etc. Huge discrepancies in salaries among employees in the same team creates discontentment among employees...Read More
