Mahindra TEQO would be a good place for a Fresher or engineers just passing out from college. Although, I do feel TEQO not a suitable place for an experienced person. As a part of Mahindra Company it may have job security but the work culture is poor, the higher management level is not very aware of management-related work ethics.Company policy is not very attractive. This company does not provide a better environment to work for a long time here. Experienced people who are looking for a company to work for a long time, should not choose Mahindra TEQO....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
