Nothing any likes in Mahindra, your site and life balance is fully based on Your managers.

Dislikes

No time for you personal life 24x7 you have to response Any credit for your work, they won't consider. Any issue in your work or in site, they will blame happily without any reasons Even week off, sick leave, vacation also you need to work from home. Simply life is hell.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
