There is no chance for Work and Life balance because work time is 6.00 p.m. to around nearly 12.00 to 1.00 p. m. daily. So life balance is strictly impossible. Less persons in team for live production always. Company is not hiring sufficient persons. Please do the needful sir!!!

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
