Teachers here are extreme bullies. The organaniztation has a very toxic and negative energy. Working here for a few months gave me so much trauma and stress. After quitting I was so relaxed and at peace. There is a lot of team work activities for teachers but the ego clash among them makes it difficult to complete even small taskson time.
