There no work- life balance as such in this co. We are expected to work day n night without any extra pay but would deduct from salary for coming late . And during this Covid-19, there is no extra support as such,just company is providing full salary.

Dislikes

No appraisal , no incentive for working extra hours . And really hectic sometimes. Everyone is overloaded with their work that's why half of the job remains pending. Poor management. No leaves ( apart from national leaves) . Even if a employee takes sick leave, their salary would be deducted< /mark>. Partial towards employees ....Read More

Work Details

I was hired here for marketing job. But unfortunately, I have no contribution in marketing . As it's a coal co. it's totally male oriented. Being a female i can't travel to ports or meet any customers. As ports are unsafe and customers don't entertain
