The only likeable thing about this company is that salary is majorly on time.

Dislikes

No sense of work culture, biased set of rules, old employees are preferred no matter what, no employee engagement activities or enhancement. No recognition or appreciation by the managers for all the efforts your put in or the deliverables

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
