The team was good. You are given the freedom to work and the company is open to suggestions.

Dislikes

Based on my experience, the company doesn't seem to have a vision. They are very poor in Crisis management. In a crisis, they adopt the easiest route, which is retrenchment! Also there is no work-life balance. There is no plan for skill development training.

My stint with Magnasoft was for around 9 months. Honestly, the experience was bad.
