Working at Madhav KRG HRC Pvt Ltd is tough. There’s no balance between work and personal life, no promotions, and the HR team doesn’t keep their promises. The workplace feels negative, and it’s made me sick.

The company is small but growing, It has ample growth possibilities after the ongoing project gets commissioned. Promoters are sympathetic and empathic.

Lack of technical advancement and latest practices of operation & execution. Does not grow you professionally at par with the market & industry trends The appraisal process is self-centered, not closed-looped.
