As a company grows, it's normal for both employees and employers to feel some pressure, which calls for patience on both sides. In startups, it's common for employees to ask for salary increments, which is understandable. However, it's also important for employees to manage this pressure and be mindful that salary hikes needs to be balanced with the company's growth.
