I worked there as an intern. This is an excellent firm to improve yourself and get to know the current trends in Architecture. An added bonus is they have a library of various Architectural books which you can use with permission.

Skill development - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

The work is a bit slow and everyone is a bit easy going.

Work Details

I was an intern architect there. The work was simple and easy to understand. There were also some challenging situations, but I got through them due to good colleagues.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
