Firstly they don't have projects. I have worked for them for 3.5 months and didn't get a single opportunity. Career hub manager, recruiter are useless, they don't respond to emails or teams chat or even scold you if you ping or call them. You'll feel isolated as there is no one to connect too. They are asking candidates to be flexible to move to another location for projects and if we say no then they are triggering the notice period from backend if we fail to get a project within 2 months. So, bench policy is there. If you are lucky enough to get a opportunity, then client interviews are too tough to crack here. They are conducting multiple rounds of interviews again before onboarding you into the project. Don't go or follow the Glassdoor reviews as I have made that mistake and joined this company. Past few months was too stressful for me. Also, if you are thinking about joining this company considering it's a child company of DXC then please don't as they don't have DXC projects. They are still independent company with lack of projects. They have openings for particular skills only so before joining them better ask them about the projects or ask them to conduct client interview first and then join else you will face the same situation as most of the new joiners faced here....Read More
