As a organisation Lupin is always be imbibing the latest technology for day to day activities. Having transparent appraisals. Average allowances. Articulates fast as per the industry requirements. Pay scale for upper management positions are above average.

Dislikes

Non professional work culture. You should be ready to attend calls/meetings at early morning(7:00 AM)/late night(10:30 PM). Though by policy company is strictly promoting ethical business, ground reality is different. Everything is related to sales achievements. Least focus on development aspects.

Just run and run. No worklife balance. Majority of my sundays/ holidays spent by filling up formats which are sent at last moments.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
