Overall Experience was good in Lupin and like about in Lupin was good in all the area like training, learning, work environment, career growth, travel, innovation, etc.

No any dislike about working activity at Lupin.

Work Details

I work in Lupin Since March 2009 to April 2019. I have working in all department, like: In-process, Raw Material & Packing Material, Finished product and Investigation team etc...

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
