Yeah. I mean if you are in such a company like Lupin, you ll always feel free & satisfied about your life & carrier goals. Completely lovely atmosphere and I really appreciate the way they make you feel about being a lupinite. They provide you all the way to grow in every situation. Proud to be a part of Lupin.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
