As we all know Lupin pharmaceutical is excellent growing organization. The thing i liked about working here were Lupin policy and the engagement of HR to keep the employee connected and happy. Even lupin is best for freshers as they give u many opportunities to learn and grow.

The working internal culture where manager try to harass and some sought of politics goes on between them.they don't provide clear feedback just keep try to harass people

Due to internal politics promotion doesn't happened..and manager are biased with employee when it comes to promotion even some employee work dedicatly.

Mobile not allowed, so it's difficult for employee. How can they know about any bad incidents happening in their family? Another bad thing is only one Saturday off in months. Officially mnc company have only five days of work.

There is a lot to learn new things and Senior colleagues are supportive. And once you gain experience in Lupin, your job opportunities in other companies increase.All over management is good except for quality control.

Dislikes

Work life balance It is very bad. Due to lack of sufficient manpower, we often have to work overtime. We don't even get holidays when we want them. Not all C-offs can be taken.There are often holidays and C-off laps.Increment is very low. No appreciation for work. It takes many years to get promoted.
