HODs don't know how to manage work.They blame others for their failure.No team work.Just they favour specific employees who are ready to follow their instructions blindly.Managers even ask employee to resign and treat them like peon.

The work culture of Lupin is very good.There is lot of learning opportunities in early stage of career.

Appraisal process is not good and there is no proper hike in salary is given to hard working employees.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
