1.Initial not provided full fill facilities but after some time they provided facilities. 2.company doctor and EHS manager worked very good and supporting. 3.temreture recoding and it's monitoring done by security it's very good. 4.need to improve canteen facilities like hotwater, fresh spoon,plate,glass(they are re- use spoon within minutes/ hours).

1. Ground level feedback as honestly not done or taken by management. 2.Ground level working people benefit is very poor,as operator to executive. For example,in covid situation company was provide incentives..this is good only for higher level as sr.executive to M1,M2 because this incentives depending upon basics.but operator, supervisor, executive basic salary is very less,they are actually hardworker but incentives getting 400-800 hundred only?and executive 2000-3000 per month only. Because they was worked 12 Hours as alternative. 3.overtime facilities not available, it's required for now day's as compared other companies. 4.need to analyse our existing staff salaries and experience as compared other highering people for same....Read More
