In my case I didn't get to work on the technology that I was expecting at the starting at this company. I started working on legacy applications. Which taken time of almost two years and after that I lost my confidence on advanced dot net technology. And later on experience years are increasing but I am not getting the desired technology to work as I didn't have hands on experience in those technologies. I feel job security here.Work culture is really good. Company policies are also good.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Technical expectations are very high during interviews for the internal projects . Every technology mentioned in job description needs to be perfect while interviewing the candidate. It feels like its equal to the searching job externally. I was on maternity leaves and joined back on October 2020. But till date I dont have any project in hand. I am trying to brush up the skills all the time. But if you think practically, being at home with two small kids, its really very difficult to prepare each and everything thoroughly .I strongly feel that opportunity should be given to the internal candidates whether he has worked on the required technologies or not(if he is from the same technology like. dot net).
