Small company so management put their noses in small works. Too much stress on HR policy but they always ask you to stay late and work.

Lovetobag has been very supportive thorughout this COVID time. There was no salary cuts , the management and the boss is very understanding.

It has been great working in a company where you can express everything and you are being heard and understood by your boss and on top of that given full chance to grow and learn.

Compensation is not supported at my level and growth is slow. the work pressure is very high, Managers do not value and individuals unique strength, have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
