Good office culture. Teammates are supportive. Very good place to work as far as technical is concerned.

Salary is descent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled about in the beginning as there was formal training sessions. I got the chance to wear different hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.Good place to work.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Nothing, They are playing with an employee's career.

Dislikes

No work satisfaction, No authority to work on your own, but work pressure is very high. Compensation is stable, for the last 6-7 years, with no growth at all.
