Company is very nice . Timing is also flexible. Everything is good.

Manager politics. Some team has manager is doing very bad politics. Special in CSAM TEAM. manager is playing with the team members. He is playing game with the some team members and favouritism team members of him what they are doing doesn't matter for him.

Promotion cycle is too long and hike is pathetic for a product based mnc, HRs don't listen to employees but only their Managers, company policies are becoming more stupid now with increasing toxicity in culture, politics is way too much.

I didn't liked work culture no work-life balance working hours are too much, lot of dirty politics, manager favors his favorite employees with dictatorship. Employee opinion doesn't matter not heard at all by senior management and no support from senior management people. There is also no help from company for employee career growth.
