For me my TL and FO were nice. Very Cooperative and will also give time for skill development. It was all nice until my team changed.

Dislikes

Full of office politics. One job less guy will always conduct a test for permanent position but will never give training. Top level management in vcs dep is a crap guy. Basically company takes your mental peace. Its better to be unemployed then being an MRC in this company.

But company has poor work life balance and most of the teams are working on maintenance projects. Tamil and Kannada people in Sr.management politics. Overall pathetic work.

Company management and HR policies are pathetic. They will not trust there employees but expect us to trust them 100%. You won't never feel like working in MNC. Completely unprofessional people Don't join LG soft Noida location.

Dislikes

Management is poor. Unprofessionalism. Lala company culture. Lots of unexplained BONDs if you are travelling to Korea. They will force you to go korea, if won't then no appraisal.

The HR policies are all created to trap an employee in a viscous circle of bonds. The upper management is a complete wreck. International travel to Korea is the only good thing about being in LG. But that comes with its own set of bond. HR thinks as if she owns the company. The upper management is completely incompetent. There is no technical skill development inside the company. If you are joining the company start searching the job to next company from the next day. They don't have the budget for the employees, Ever wonder why there is only one stand alone building for such a Big MNC comparable to other company. Don't join as Fresher ever as they will suppress your skills and you will become their in hand puppet This is a basically a service based company working for the Headquarter[South Korea] There is no such R&D and innovation. The management here is too poor they will take the credit of your work. You get to work on multiple projects throughout the year. So the learning curve is arguably better than most of the companies out there.

1. There is absolutely no work life balance 2. No WFH option. The management does not belive in WFH, hence no efforts will be made to facilitate it even during emergencies. Few rare instances where you can get it, but that too with lot of fuss, and for a limited period. Its just not worth it. 3. Company culture overall isn't that great. From your immediate manager till the top management, do not reciprocate to feedbacks positively. So expecting a positive change in work culture would be foolish. 4. Salary/benifits are below the industry average, so for the all the work that they get done from you, compared with the compensation you get is fairly unfair. It is better to join a company where the culture and the balance is good. I would recommend against joining this company at least for now. Indian Leaders just don’t value Indian employees , they just simply do what Korean’s told them to do. They really don’t care what there juniors are going through, just filling there pockets with a very bad culture.

Non technical managers. Less employment benifit. Huge internal politics. No medical leaves in case of emergency. My last manager called several times at 11pm for review and asks update in morning. Saturday and sunday working. Less utilization of skilled resource. No career growth. If you are assigned to a project you have to be in that project till end. Very poor job satisfaction. The work mentioned during the interview and the one after joining are not similar. Feels like going back to jee coaching centre.. very strict environment. Everything is controlled by HQ. Here people just do few lines of bug fix or forward it to other teams🥲

Lack of WFH. Strict 9 hrs timing. Even if one minute shortfall of 9 hrs average, half a day leave will be cut and it will increase based on no of hours shortfall. Indian managers have no zero voice or no voice..just puppets to Korean boss
