Company management and HR policies are pathetic. They will not trust there employees but expect us to trust them 100%. You won't never feel like working in MNC. Completely unprofessional people Don't join LG soft Noida location.

Dislikes

Management is poor. Unprofessionalism. Lala company culture. Lots of unexplained BONDs if you are travelling to Korea. They will force you to go korea, if won't then no appraisal.

Work culture wise i would say it's an average company. Opportunity wise also average.

Worst Job security in LG Soft India. They removed all the Regular Employees first and gave a 2 years breather for Contract employees in case of a layoff. Your own managers don't support you when it comes to development of new technologies in a project. 1000% Politics and pathetic treatment.
