Likes

No discrimination， No work pressure， Motivational and supportive team leads and managers. Best place to complete higher education . Quality team outing， activities and programs.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No advanced skill development，lowest salary and hike. Very less bonus. Experience here won't take anyone to work in latest technology in other organisation untill you upgrade yourself. Shouldn't work for more than 2 years!

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
