I started working in LG last may. and this review is just about my team, not a whole company. My team is good, especially because we have a technical manager who understands what challenges I go through. Recently my coding skills got better because of LSET coding tests they conduct, it is not mandatory, but if you clear it you get recognition and respect from higher management . Pay is also good compare to many other companies in my domain. Even though i have been here for just about eight months, they still considered me for appraisal. i was hoping for max 5% hike but to my surprise i got 20%. i was so happy , surprised and I had happy tears. I don't know if this is the normal hike they give or if they have given only this year. and if you have any new ideas, managers are open to listen to it, they will give time for POC, later they will review POC, if response is good, later you can work on it...Read More

1. You get to work in multiple projects all round the year. So there's constant learning here. It is getting worse day by day, hence I cannot think of anything else.

1. You have to maintain 9 hours in total. 2. 4 wfh per month, if you take any leave then the wfh also reduce. 3. The work culture is not good 4. Constant work pressure, hence it effects your peace of mind There are lot more to tell here. Refraining myself from adding more negative points.
