Coding opportunities are good and learning is there. They give you production support work also for 6 months or more. Prod support is good for learning the GEP product but may not help you when you try switching.

Work hours get extended. They overload you with more work. The teams always remain understaffed. Seniors may not be able to guide you. So you have figure out things on your own. During notice period, they trouble you by giving more work. Manager is slow in accepting resignation.

Product is a plus. Great things to see and use them but you can't get chance to learn them ad they are completely build by different teams.

Dislikes

Compensation are bad, even though you work very hard and complete your work within dealines even then there are no hikes. Culture needs to be improved in Hyderabad. Facilities adn transport routes need to improved. Try to learn working under lot of pressure. Lot of politics and depends on the team you be in.

Tech stack is good and there are opportunities to grow.

Work life balance is missing. Lack of coordination in team. There is no Transperancy between upper and lower level people. Compensation needs lot of thought from management. It's far below market standard. A fresher in same company earning more than experienced person. Lot of biasness.

The work culture is friendly and technically challenging. Freshers are given good features to work on just like their seniors.

1. The work life balance gets worse as you move up the hierarchy. 2. Code deployment happens on Saturdays, so if there's an issue (that most probably is the case), then your weekend is gone. 3. It also depends on which team you get to join. There are some teams that follow proper agile methodology whereas some work like startups.
