They have a clause that if you don’t do sales of minimum amount in first month then they’ll fire you (which is a but understandable) but Then on thirdday of first week you’ll have your mock calls in which you have to clear in 3 attempts or your attempts end. There is nothing to like about this organization, Totally Unprofessional behavior of the management. They abuse on the floor, No work life balance, Did’nt employees salary. Very bad experience, Take lesson from my experience and try somewhere else.
