The only Thing I like is that we can work from the comfort of our homes but it’s rather a negative than a positive because we need to work constantly and there is no peace of mind or work life balance. The level of stress this organisation has given me so far is the worst that I have had throughout my career. The targets or unrealistic and it only follows a certain procedure for all the countries they represent which is not ideal as it affects the performance of a person in many ways. It’s an advice or a suggestion that every individual should get enough time and support and numbers should not be the only thing it that they should be concerned of. Where to start? I feel the working culture is toxic, it has to be a certain way only which at times does effect the overall performance of a person. The decisions are mostly biased and are restricted to a few range of people only. A person planning to work for the organisation needs to be armed with a potential to take in all the stress that you will be given also be ready to prove yourself every single day that you will work for this organisation and when I say prove I mean at the most literal sense possible. They don't value their employees, They give you full stress, no work-life balance, they micromanagement, pathetic work culture. They didn't give you a good appraisal they deduct your salaries in the name of Tax, and even if get your overtime they deduct money from that too. I will suggest everyone to not join this company. Even after your resignation, they'll make you cry for your salary and the experience letter. If you raise your voice against them they threaten you with their legal team....Read More

I dislike everything about this company. They give you full stress. No work-life balance., they fix meetings on your week off and ask you to join that too without any failure. They didn't give you a good appraisal, they deduct your salaries in the name of the tax, and even if you get any incentive or overtime they deduct the amount from that too. They didn't provide you the good data to work and you can't achieve your targets for that too you are responsible. They provide good data to their favorites.
