Job security is there but only when you love politics in work culture, only when you like to criticize others. Company has no HR, so no management at all. Work culture is not helpful for ones growth. No benefits for employees.

Dislikes

The organization is good only when you are a fresher and needs the experience to show on paper for further growth. Experienced people should not join this company. No professional growth at all. Managers do not value individuals unique strengths.
