Working in morning shift which was only about 7 hours. Though had to stay sometimes for 1 or 2 hours due to meetings.

Dislikes

Pretty much everything. Late salaries, no appraisals and even if they do, they make mistakes saying "your increment wasn't so and so percentage, it was less than that". You have no idea what your shift will be the next day only untill 8 pm in the evening of the current day, you'll be able to see whether it is your morning shift, evening shift, night shift or week off. Sometimes week off takes 15 days of gap. And also you have to work for 12hrs a day for as long as the other reliever has taken leaves. You can't take emergency leaves even if there is an actual emergency unless you are at higher I've worked for 1 year and 4 months but it took them 1 year and 3 months for my appraisal which was also shady. Because, I didn't receive the salary amount as per my new appraisal. (Also when I raised this concern to their accounts team they simply hushed up the matter saying "your increment was not 19 percent but 9." And I got to know about this after 2 months of receiving my appraisal letter. This workplace is too bad for new comers, even though I had worked for more than a year, thay didn't gave me any kind of appraisal which they promised they'll give after 6 months of joining. Toxic working environment. 1-2 years old Senior behaviour like they are boss. If you are robot then go for work. Never appreciated. As a fresher my experience is very bad.
