Nothing.You will hate every day working for Latent bridge

No leaves for 6 months.LOP if taken a sick leave.This is a typical consultancy where the send you on contract to other companies,only difference is that this is permanent work from home and clients are pathetic.Salary will be credited only if the client decides to pay.It is as good as working as a freelancer.No relieving letter.No IT support.Nobody will solve laptop related issues.HR team is there for namesake.Mainly UK projects.UK people treat you like cheap labours and are very conservative.You will regret working here.If you have another option please dont join this company....Read More

I really enjoy learning and working here. But sometimes having a small team has its downsides too, but at the same time I look at it as an opportunity to grow. So its a bitter-sweet thing, ranging more on the sweeter note of it.
