Innovative thoughts that are circulated and worked upon. No idea is small here. Life is not a free hit, but Larvol provides the opportunity to bring your best shot forward.

Dislikes

We dont have sundays off... sometimes it really affects the work life balance.. There should be atleast 1 day in 10 or 15 days when i dont have to check my laptop and when nobody asks me "If i m available for a call!" or " I need allocation!!!" or more.. like "I have a doubt, can u clarify". Sometimes its too overwhelming.

The company is virtual based and completely transparent. Everybody in the company is independent and self sufficient of their own tasks. I love the fact that I am part of a team which has so many working women who are all superwomen when it comes to managing everything at hand. An added point is that team collaboration is carried onextremely well. I have worked at a different place before and at the end of the day the internal team politics exhausted me, I am very happy to say that I haven't seen that here. I am new and haven't seen a lot to comment here but one concern that keeps coming on to my mind is about career growth. Also, apart from permanent work from home, we do not get any benefits at all. We have to pay for Microsoft office tools even, to start with, then for the antivirus, adobe etc. If the paid apps that we use on a daily basis are covered by the company, that would be of great help.

I handle a few weekly reports and also work on ad hoc projects. My work is fairly simple but requires a lot of attention to detail. It might seem like it's monotonous but I have always found each day as challenging and as new as the other.
