Job security in a contractor role is inherently different from traditional employment, and this is clearly communicated upfront. In a fully remote setting, we provide resources and guidance, but success here depends on self-initiative and adaptability. While we don’t offer in-person, step-by-step training found in traditional office settings, our leadership team remains accessible, though response times may vary due to different time zones. We understand that contract based remote work isn’t for everyone, but those who succeed here are self-starters who thrive in a fast paced, agile environment. We’re sorry this wasn’t the right fit for you, but we appreciate your time with us and wish you the best in your career.

Regarding compensation, we believe in rewarding performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed for everyone, as they are tied to performance levels. Our top performers, whom we call "Olympians," receive full bonuses and generous raises. Others are rewarded based on their individual contributions and the overall performance of the company.
