The work there and people were nice. You get to work on big project. At the same time to some it may seem hectic especially if you have site posting.

Dislikes

The rating system there on which the promotion and salary hike depends seemed completely random (Although I left before my first rating, but I have seen many people suffer due to it.) There's not much flexibility for freshers to choose their ICs or the field of work.

Dislikes

Slow to move and sometimes feels like decision are paralyzed. Lots of bureaucracy even for good intentions for project works which will ultimately be for the companies benefit.
