Working in Larsen and Toubro is working without any training. Next day after joining, you will be doing the work. It doesn’t matter whether you are doing it correct or better. Only thing that matter is completion of work. If it is wrong then keep correcting in your entire job. During Covid-19 lockdown, company doesn’t have any kind of decision making. Who should come in office and who shouldn’t, How to tackle Covid +ve cases, how to make relief to the employees from the Covid fear- everyone is just clueless in the company. Even after finding a Covid +ve candidate in the office, attendance should be 100% and office/ site will work everyday. L&T as big construction giant should learn from other competitors like Tata, Alstom etc. Worst kind of managing skills, Covid-19 just proved it....Read More
