Appraisal cycle and the compensation hike were far less than the inflation rate. They also skipped appraisal for 6 months. Leave policy is also bad.

The work life balance is so good. The office infrastructure is good. The workplaces are nice. You can learn new things anytime through its online learning platform i.e. Shoshin school. And they have hybrid working policy so that requires you to work from office for 2 days in a week and rest you have to work from home.

Dislikes

Was forced to take a support role after being trained as a devops engineer. Inconsistent salary hikes specially for freshers as heard from my seniors.

Promotion cycle in LTIMindtree is 3 years, which can be reduced to 2 years so that high performing employees can get good opportunities to grow within the company.

Rhythm compliance policy need to revisit. Even with medical reasons adhering this policy and getting approvals from VP level for an employee is not at all convinced for an employee.
