Many dislikes 1. Providing permanent wfh but HR want me to come office to collect offer letter. 2. Till now HR didn't respond any of my email. 3. No one explain me the how the process work over here. 4. They told me to observe one of the colleague screen but I can't ask them how process work. 5. All of sudden they told me to workon projects and if there is any doubt no one is there to solve. And base on 2 days performance they transfer me to PIP. 6. Worst company management. Even HR is not responding to any query. Employee with whom I used to work is full of attitude and doesn't respond if require any technical help. When I discussed with manager related to same they said me that I ma unnecessary blaming her. And they just transfer me in PIP within 15 days.
