1. Good Team Support to finish the assigned tasks. 2. Good office environment and various food choices at cafeteria. 3. Job security is ok. Its depends on client you are working for and also your manager

1. Long working hours makes you sick . 2. No work life balance in milestone end times. you will be working for weekends and official holidays as well. 3. Even the client is cool. you will get lot of pressure from internal team to complete the tasks. 4. Motivation key to employees will be minimal. 5. The brand name doesn't work out in terms of real situations

Nothing i liked about L&T technology services. The managements are thieves. They steal all the bonuses, perks and benefits of young employees in the name of forms submissions.

Dislikes

Office politics is on peak, no appraisal, always gives work of copy paste excel files, data entry work to software engineers.

The situation will be fixed, upskilling opportunities are there but for some or the other reasons can’t be participated. Poor management to the core side. There’s no team bonding activities are done except escalations in teams call.management are not ready to listen to the employees problems.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
