Don"t Try to get a job here no appreciations will be there and salary increments will not be there at all if there was an increment will be like 500 or 1000 rs of increment you will get. This also you will get after completing 6 months in the financial year.

1.Worst management:Management/Manager can ask you to quit anytime due to their ego.No job security if you are ambitious. Boss lickers can achieve everything. 2. No proper planning & execution; onsite manager have all the powers. Offshore people are like servants to them 3. No hike even after you perform 4. AI/ cloud/ cybersecurity are like hoax, noone knows nothing. They want to explore through POC from client's money with no commitments. 5. Short temper & Tired people in the management. They feel they know everything & put new ideas in the bin. Some managers don't know how to make basic ppt & write basic excel commands 6. No opportunities to present infront of the client. 7. Onsite managers don't share any updates or meetings actively, you come to know all the updates and status from third person 8. They are creating illusion presentations but when it comes to actual execution, LTTS is not competent 9. If you are joining at LTTS -7 & below, be ready to work like servant. Noone is going to listen to you. You have to work like dog with no appreciation. 10. Lala company. 11. The reviews everywhere( great place to work for, Glassdoor & all) are manipulated reviews. 12. HRs are there to screw your case. So trust me, they won't help you in any case. All the culture is only limited to ppts. 13. You can be asked to leave anytime saying "Nothing personal" just coz manager is not jelling up with you properly or not meeting his sales target.
